Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Final sale items and products marked as non-returnable (e.g., disposable vapes or opened nicotine products) cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders after 3 PM will be handled on the next working day.
Weekend Closure: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
Free Delivery: Available on orders over £200.
